I love my family and I love what I do. My wife and I are the parents of two boys and two girls.

I recently left the classroom to help Bend-La Pine Schools (in Bend, OR) with professional and curriculum development as their new Integrated Technology Systems Coordinator. I am responsible for professional development for the entire school district (27 schools, 17K students, 800+ teachers) as we begin phase 1 of our digital conversion.

I am a team member of the Oregon Virtual School District (@ORVSD), providing free professional development in learning and innovative technologies to Oregon public schools. I am also a certified Apple Foundations Trainer. And, I work with the Alliance for Excellent Education, bringing you Digital Learning Day and Project 24.
