Subtext: Collaboration & Close Reading Inside any Text

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Subtext is a 21st century reading platform that spans the K12 curriculum and enables classroom groups to collaborate in the pages of any digital book, article or document. With Subtext students can highlight and tag text, collaborate with peers and teachers, and paste close reading passages into Google Docs for easier reading-to-writing learning moments.  Teachers can create assignments and quizzes, track reading progress, and monitor discussions, all right IN the text.  Subtext is available on the iPad and Edmodo today, and will be available on the Web and Android later this summer. Bring your iPad to this hands-on demo-and-do session to learn how to integrate Subtext into your classroom.
