This session discusses preventative care and accidental damage repair of iPads in deployment. Educational Service Solution (ESS), a Texas electronics repair depot and warranty provider, will discuss current strategies and options that will help ISD’s maximize the life span of the their devices. Information on extended warranty and service contracts that can help schools lessen the cost of accidental damage and loss will be presented. Preventative options, like cases and screen protectors, will also be discussed. 
ESS provides a variety of services to major retailers and school districts across the country.  ESS has in-depth knowledge of the service needs surrounding iPad deployments in schools. The owners have combined for over 55 years of experience in the electronics service and repair industry, including heading major repair depots for Radio Shack and Circuit City. These experiences involved repair and service contracts with DFW area schools. It was these experiences that led to the concept for ESS.
