Jana McEachern – lifelong learner, devoted “techy” - is an Instructional Technology Coordinator for Region 5 ESC, providing technology-based professional development and classroom technology integration techniques to teachers and administrators in Southeast Texas since 2008. She has been developing iPad based technology trainings since the devices’ inception. Recently, she and other area educators founded #reg5chat, which meets weekly on Thursdays at 8. Jana has a BS in Criminal Justice and a M.Ed. in Educational Technology. Married to Brad, they have three children, all of whom hope to grow up and move to the happiest university in the nation, Texas A&M.
